HP64XL printer cartridge

Recently installed a new HP64XL Black printer cartridge in my HP ENVY Photo 6255 and only got 30 pages out of a cartridge that is rated to deliver 600 pages.  Any advice?

I'd like to help!

 

Actual yield will vary depending upon the amount of content on the page. Highly "dense" documents, such as the text document below, may yield fewer pages, while less dense ones such as would yield more pages than the standard. Printing that uses primarily one color could cause lower yields for that color, and higher yields for colors not heavily used. The yield you experience will depend upon the content that you print.

 

As the number of pages printed of the cartridge is low, I’d recommend you contact HP Phone Support in your region for replacement options

 

Follow the instructions below to reach them:

 

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device. 

4) Select the country from the drop-down. 

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 

6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
