HP Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One Printer - H711n

I received a new ink cartridge 932XL. It is an HP product. It will not fit in the slot and does not lock in place. I read that other folks are having issues with replacement cartridges not working. Is it the printer or the cartridge? Does the printer need to be serviced or replaced?

I see that you are facing an issue with your instant ink cartridge that does not fit in the slot.

Thanks for your reply. I have changed the cartridge many times. However, this cartridge would not slide into the printer carriage. I believe I read in another post that sometimes where the cartridge is made, makes a difference in the configuration or fit, like China or Malaysia. Do you have any other advice?

I am sorry to hear that the above steps did not help much but i do appreciate your efforts in performing the troubleshooting steps.

 

Are you using the store purchased ink cartridge or is it an ink cartridge sent by HP if you are enrolled in HP instant ink service?

 

Was the previous ink cartridge also an XL cartridge?

 

Please share the image of the old and new ink cartridge to isolate the issue?
