HP6978 Wont print CYAN

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP 6978 printer setup as wireless to both a Mac and Windows system and use HP Instant Print Cartridges.  Recently, the CYAN cartridge stopped being used.  I replaced the cartridge, same thing,  I have cleaned it several times, including thru the third level clean.  Still wont print cyan. From either Mac or PC.
