Product: deskjet 6980
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi - My printer has lines on the black print, and I am recommended to use the printer toolbox to Clean printheads/print cartridges. But there is no toolbox in the printer properties. I have looked high & low. 

Any advice on where to find the toolbox or how to initiate a clean of the Print Cartridges would be welcome. thanks

update - actually cleaning the contacts has sorted the issue of the lines, but I would still like to know why the Toolbox is not installed even though the drivers are updated
