Everything printed from computer is printing in greyscale even though everywhere I have checked it says color is set to yes. I can print a test page from diagnostics and it is color, or from the printer itself is color. Thought it was the new cartridge, changed it and that was not it. Printer says all drivers and firmware are up to date. I can not figure this out, thinking it is something in the last windows update. That is when the issues began. Began with an error that kept saying Printer needs intervention. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice, that seems to have taken care of that issue. Then it started printing greyscale.

Hi,

Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe

Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.

Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.
