HP7520 printer will not print or copy. Changed ink cartridges 3 times, still no print or copy.

HP Recommended
Pavilion 500 PC
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

HP7520 will not print or copy. Used 3 different ink cartridges and cleaned printer heads.  Still no print or copy. Error message says "printer or ink system problem - contact HP."  Printer goes thru all motions as if copying, but page comes out completely blank - not even ink smudges.

What do I try next?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Resolving 'Ink System Failure', 'System Supply Problem' Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
