Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

Amigos, minha HP7740 parou de imprimir colorido no formato A3, somente imprime em preto (ou escala de cinza) com muito serrilhado. Já fiz de tudo, desinstalar e instalar drives, configurações, configurações do Adobe para pdf, limpezas e alinhamentos de cartucho e cabeçote e nada resolve. No formato A4 está ok! Me ajudem, estou desesperado.
