HP8025 printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought a HP8025 printer in 10/20. 

Printer has worked well until yesterday when I tried to print a document containing the color blue.    Blue portions print as pink.

I followed the steps given from the virtual support without success.

What has worked to solve this problem?

I had the exact same problem on 3/14/21.  I found another message in the Forum that suggested that it was a hardware problem with the ink cartridge.

I use HP Instant Ink.  After going to the support link and providing the information on the Printer Serial Number and information on the ink cartridges, I got an acknowledgement from HP Instant Ink that they were aware of the problem and were sending new ink cartridges.
