Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 9025 all-in-one scanner-printer. When scanning from the sheet feeder, the left side of the document has very light printing compared to the left side. The left side looks normal.

 

I have performed all of the user maintenance steps and all looks good.  EXCEPT the two glass pieces that are used when feeding documents. The ones on the "left" as facing the printer. there is significant dust build up UNDER the glass and I do not know how to clean that area.  The basic "glass" is OK. The scans used with the glass are perfect.
