@LOG25, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Supply System Problem Error!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand how frustrating it can be to encounter the "Supply System Problem" error. This message typically indicates an issue with the ink or toner cartridges. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve it:

1. Check the Cartridge Installation

  • Remove the ink or toner cartridges and reinstall them securely.
  • Ensure they are genuine HP cartridges, as third-party or refilled cartridges can sometimes cause errors.

2. Clean the Cartridge Contacts

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it.
  • Gently clean the electrical contacts on the cartridges and inside the printer using a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water.

3. Restart the Printer

  • Power off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait about 60 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on to see if the issue persists.

4. Update the Printer Firmware

  • Ensure your printer’s firmware is up to date. You can check for updates via the HP Smart App or the HP Support website.

5. Reset the Printer

  • Perform a factory reset if the above steps do not work. The reset process varies by model, so refer to your printer’s manual or HP’s support site.

If the error still appears after these steps, let us know your printer model, and we can provide more specific guidance.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you need additional troubleshooting.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
