Have just replace 933xl cartridges in Officejet 6700 printer. keep getting message of a printer or ink sys problem.  Try a couple of things.  If does not solve the problem contact HP.  HOW do I do that.  Virtual chat and trouble shooting scenes need to dead ends.  any help would be much appreciated.  Thank you. Russ

@Russee, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

This is a possible hardware issue with the printhead of the printer. Try installing the old set of ink cartridges if available to check if the error persists.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Resolving 'Ink System Failure', 'System Supply Problem' Errors

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
