I changed our Duplex Module and its still giving me an error message that it needs to be changed. I googled and it has a video of how to update but the back key they show to hit 4 times when I hit it one time it goes away. How do I get to the Support menu and System Configuration menu?

- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit.
- May I know which application are you using to print?
- When was the last time your printer was working fine?
- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
