Hello everyone. I have a HP ENVY 4520 printer. I just tried to print some photos. However, I'm getting off colors with a bit of shades of greenish. I did a ink test and everything looks good to me. I tired different setting from the application it launches from. Any still getting the same results. I checked the current ink that installed. It's labeled 63/302 tri-color & 63 black. I picked up 2 new cartagies numbered 63 for printing. Could the ink be the issues? Any help would be appreciated. Never printed photos so it's my 1st time.
