HP ENVY 6032 All-In-One Printer

Hello, I couldn’t print for some months because I hadn’t a wifi connection and my printer didn’t work with normal cartridges. Now I have a connection and received my new cartridges, but black is not working and I can’t find how to change cartridge.

I already tried to clean and slogan, but nothing changed. Also I don’t know how the print **bleep** should be, never having sawn one correctly printed.

thanks for help

Hi @Barbarabette,

Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing print quality issues with your HP ENVY 6032 All-In-One Printer wherein it does not print in black.

Please follow the steps listed below to clean the cartridges.

1. Load plain white paper in the tray.

2.  Open the HP Smart app, and then click the picture of your printer to open the settings and management tools.

3. In Print Quality Tools or in Advanced Settings > Tools > Utilities > Print Quality Toolbox, select Clean Printhead to start the cleaning tool.

4. Review the Print Quality Diagnostic page that prints for defects and any instructions to resolve the issue. Run up to two more cleaning cycles, if necessary.

You may also follow the steps from this document. (Click on the word document to open the web page).

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
