Hello, my printer does not print in color, only in black even though there is a color cartridge and a color print setting and also a color check comes out in color. How can the problem be solved?

What printer are you using? What application are you printing from? Word or pdf using Acrobat?

There is probably a setting that is checked somewhere in the application like Adobe Acrobat or the printer driver that says Print in Greyscale.  If you uncheck that setting it may solve the problem.

I now tried to print directly from an XLS file, still black and white.
I have a DeskJet 3835 printer.
I just read here in the community and saw the same problem with the same printer, the problem was created after switching to Windows 10, there is a problem with a driver. The problem is that the community did not write down the solution to the problem, only what the problem stems from.
Does anyone know which driver should be installed?

This solution recommends deleting the printer and uninstalling and reinstalling the driver. It might work for you. You should be able to download the latest driver compatible with Win 10 from HP
