Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I just changed the magenta and yellow ink, got error message telling me my printer head was missing?  I went through trouble shooting, new ink, that's not the problem!  I used a lint free cloth to clean the area.  Error message also says sometimes when I shut it off and restart: There is a problem with the printer or ink system.  Turn printer off, then on.  If problem persists, contact HP."  Haha.  If I have an "old" printer, virtual reality says I can't talk to a live person.  WTH?
