Help! Printer not printing colour or black following new cartridge install??

HP Recommended
Hp Officejet Pro 6830

help! I’ve just installed my new ink cartridges from HP and now my printer isn’t printing colours correctly and the quality is shocking! It also appears to not be printing black, it was printing fine before I ran out of ink and replaced the cartridges! I have tried cleaning the heads, running diagnostics tests etc and nothing’s working! No matter if I print from my phone or PC, they always print out wrong like the photo above! They come out almost like infared pictures , with a neon effect? Has any one else experienced this ?!

Hi @Jasper241,

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!
