Product: HP Deskjet 4100e

Hi I really need help setting up my instant ink account. I bought my printer last month and set it all up as required. However, every time I've tried to set up an instant ink account it just reverts back to saying I need to download the app! I have the app and everything appears fine on it so I'm stumped! 

 

Can anyone shed some light on this for me? I spoke to a **bleep** yesterday over the phone but unfortunately he was unable to assist.

I understand you are unable to enroll in instant ink.
