Hello, I have tried calling and going online and am unable to successfully open a ticket/claim to get support. Please help or HP open a claim for me and email it or cal[Private info removed]

Can I change the print head or send the printer in for repair to change it? 
if not, what printers do you recommend to purchase that are best price that use the same ink?

The printhead is non-removable in this model printer. If the printhead has gone bad, it is a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
