Hi, brand new printer bought today. Using the cartridges supplied in the box... black ink working correctly but the colour cartridge is giving the following error on HP Smart.
"The indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer."
Any advice on how to fix this? Do I need to get new ink on the first day?
