Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer

I have a Office Jet Pro 9018, running on instant ink. For the last few weeks it is running horizontal lines across prints. See the attached photo. 

The inks are still about half full. I did a cleaning, a smear remove function... and a print head alignment. And after scanning the alignment print, the printer started squeaking with each print.

Does anybody have an idea where I should start finding the root cause?
