Product: HP Officejet Pro 6978
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Replaced all cartridges recently for first time on HP Officejet Pro 6978 and cyan & yellow both had horizontal gaps. Black & magenta are fine. Tried cleaning several times and quickly ran out of ink. Installed new cartridges and had the same problem. Tried cleaning and then alignment again but still has the gaps. Updated software. Printer is still under warranty.
