I already ran Printer Maintenance: cleaned the printhead twice, aligned the printhead, and did clean smear. Nothing has changed. Can anyone advise me as to how to fix this issue?

The cyan (blue) printhead is dirty or clogged. You may need to run the printhead cleaning several times. Keep the pages that show the image defect in case the printer is under warranty.

Thank you. I will try running it a few more times.

I just cleaned the printheads 3 more times with the same result. The printer is telling me if the print quality is unsatisfactory try replacing the printhead. I got this printer in September and thought I had a one-year warranty, but they are telling me the warranty has expired.
