Product: HP Envy 6022e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was using compatible print cartridges from vendor 123Inkt, and suddenly the printer goes into error ad I cannot print anymore.  I once got an errormessage that the printer cartridges were not compatible, but cannot find that errormessage back anymore.

I have tried replacing the cartridges, with new ones ( compatible again), but without any luck. 

How can I see that errormessage again? How can I check the printer again (the printer does not have a user interface screen).
