Product: HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer

How can I get my printer onto a new WiFi network?  I've followed all the manuals, the online chat bot, everything.

 

I can get the printer to the point where the purple light is flashing and then when I use the app either on my laptop or on my phone I get to where it tries to connect to my new WiFi and files with an unknown error.
