How can I reset my HP Officejet 8610 to the proper zone so that I may use my new Z10 ink cartridges?

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

somehow i got a printer with z20 cartridges, when i ordered new (proper region z10) cartridges the printer wont allow them to be used.

 

Im told there is a code i need to enter. whats the code/procedure to fix the issue.

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
