I have HP Envy photo 7858 . Iput inks in my printer and it says “

Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer.” And I don’t have them. Can you help me fix this issue please?

Some printers have a setup bypass feature

You did not mention your printer but possibly one of the two videos may work.  Let me know which one does and what your printer model is

Unfortunately I tried both of them and they didn’t work. I don’t have this option “ trade at 00BE”

well, that is what Microsoft's Copilot advises.  I guess it's AI can make errors too.

 

Try contacting an HP agent at

your support page

Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.
