Hi hope someone can help me asap.
I have been trying to set up my free 2 month trial of instant ink with no luck, ( I am aware it says you have 10days to do this after registration of the printer) I registered the printer on 9/1/21.
I cannot find a claim code or printer code anywhere (I have printed the information page and also been on the printers website)
please can someone help with this ASAP as we are currently homeschooling and will run out of ink pretty soon.
thanks,
Gemma.

@Gemmawragge, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Is the offer mentioned on the printer box?
Select a plan and enroll the printer in Instant Ink. The free months will get auto-credited to your Instant Ink account. Refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink
If that does not happen, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
Click the “Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
Have a great day!
