I replaced the ink cartridges on my officejet5740 (HP62 black and tricolor 2pack), and received a “problem with cartridge” error for both cartridges. I’ve followed all the troubleshooting suggestions with no change. I need to replace both faulty cartridges. Cartridge warranty ends Feb 2026. How do I do this?
