How do I get a new ink cartridge when I have received one that's defective

ENVY Photo 6234
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have received a defective cartridge through the HP Instant Ink Program.  I have tried everything to make it work, but no success.  As soon as I install the old cartridge, the problem is gone.  How do I get a replacement?  I have made a case, but there is no response.

 

Thankful for some help.  I've had several days without ink.
