Had a defective hp 65 xl cartridge for my envy 5052.  How do I get a refund?

As this is a hardware issue, I'd suggest youContact HPin your region regarding the Replacement of the cartridge or refund. 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty.
