??

Not sure what this means...

IF you are asking about cancelling an Instant Ink subscription,

then, yes - you can cancel the subscription.

The how-to-cancel link to the information is included below - read your Terms of Service contract.

OR

IF you have already cancelled an Instant Ink subscription

If your printer is not not working and is complaining of locked cartridges,

This is normal - Instant Ink Cartridges do lock after the subscription is terminated.

This includes all HP Instant Ink cartridges, including any "Instant Ink Ready" cartridges "activated" as part of the subscription.

What to do?

Remove all Instant Ink Cartridges from the printer.

Purchase and install a set of HP ink cartridges.

==========================================================================

What else?

If your printer is complaining because you are trying to use non-HP cartridges in the printer,

If your printer is protected by Dynamic Security -

The printer only allows the use of new HP ink cartridges and / or HP ink cartridges that include the HP chip to identify the cartridge as compatible.

What else?

You will need to better describe what you are asking...
