How do I redeem a replacement/refund for HP ink cartridges under the warranty?

I have tried HP assistant and it will not allow you to register cartridges. On the ink warranty page there is no information for enacting the warranty to get a refund or replacement cartridge.

I dialled the number sent in the private message and it says that this number doesnt exist.

Hi, Your call center agents have told me that there is no support available for cartridges, there is no warranty on cartridges and that i should contact amazon for support on this matter.

Is that accuracte ?

I have the conversation recorded as well. Should i post it here?
