HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-One Printer - C311a

How do I resolve a cartridge error on my HP 7510 printer. All of the cartridges are replaced but it doesn't let me do anything else. I cleaned the cartridge head and everything. It worked earlier today.

All new cartridges put in?

Do the old ones work?

Did you upgrade the firmware?

 

To check if an HP ink cartridge is genuine, look for a security label on the cartridge, scan the QR code on the label with your phone, and then go to HP's website hp.com/go/ok to verify the serial number on the label; if the label appears tampered or the serial number doesn't validate, the cartridge is likely not genuine.

If you cannot capture QR codes with a smartphone, go to the HP Mobile Authentication website at the URL shown on new security labels hp.com/go/ok and enter the label's serial number to validate the label. A valid response indicates that the cartridge is safe for purchase.

Non HP ink can be used on this list of HP printers.
