How do I upgrade firmware to bypass go insta inks chips and use my own cartridge

Hi @Watmrknow22 

 

You are using an HP+ series printer (they end in “e” ) , these printers can only use original HP cartridges, you can leave the instant ink service, but then you must buy only original cartridges, it is impossible to use non-original cartridges, the printer is blocked if you make that.
