How to File a claim for Error Ink Cartridges

HP Recommended
HP 63 Ink 2-pack Black & Tri-Color
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I had an issue with HP 63 ink cartridges (2-pack Black/Tri Color) for my HP Deskjet 3632. I bought the cartridges from Walmart. After installing them on the printer, the ink light on the ink light kept flashing and the printer did not function. I went through the troubleshooting in the manual but nothing worked. I ordered a new 2-pack HP 63 ink from Amazon. So far the ones from Amazon are still working fine. However, I could not return the first cartridges at Walmart. Walmart Customer Service told me that they could not accept cartridges which have been opened and asked me to contact HP. I went on the website but could not get to where I can file a claim. I also tried to call HP Tech Support but could not get anywhere. Does anyone know how to file a claim for a defected ink cartridges?

Thank you,

Nooon

@Nooon, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
