HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I lived in the U.S. and bought my 9025 Prnter there. It uses Ink Cartridge 962. I moved to Portugal. Here, I bought Ink Cartridges 963, because they state that they are appropriate for my 9025 printer. I installed them, but received an "incompatible ink cartridges" message. I read in the Community a post where a customer was able to do a "Regional Reset" for their printer but that HP must send the instructions privately. (Also, their issue was the reverse of mine, in that he needed to go from 963 to 962. Please help me reset my printer so it will go from accepting the old 962 cartridges to accepting the 963 cartridges. Thank you!

Welcome to HP Support Community!

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
