Hi I moved from US to Singapore and used to have US subscription of Instant Ink. I have cancelled that and would like replace with a cartridge in this region.
Model 1KR57A, Projet 8020.
Installed a K915 cartridge which is in the compatible list for this model but the printer is not recognising. I changed the location in the Printer Panel Preferences to Singapore and it does not too.
Can you help with the proper procedure of doing a region change (US to Singapore)

I see that you are looking for help with a regional reset on your Printer.
To perform a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:
Which country did you move from and to?
Do you have the ink cartridges for both regions?
Do you have a printer USB cable or is it connected wirelessly?
Do you have the printer full feature software or the HP smart app and drivers installed on your PC?
If you meet the above conditions then let me know the following details:
1) The operating system of your PC, is it Windows or Mac?
2) Confirm the printer model.
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Which country did you move from and to? USA to Singapore
Do you have the ink cartridges for both regions? I used to be instant ink member in the US, the US catridges have run out. I bought a black HP cartridge for this model in Singapore to replace and the printer says it incompatible
