I'm using a universal print driver. The settings will not show which toners are out, I overrode the settings to keep it printing, but now it has stopped.

Print a supplies status page from the Color LaserJet CP2025 :

- Press the OK button to enter the menu.
- Press OK again to select the first option, "Reports."
- Press the right arrow until "Supplies Status" is displayed on the screen.
- Press OK.

I tried that and it reads "printing report: supplies status" but nothing is happening except that the light is flashing
