Hi all,

My printer has some color alignment issues. I once printed a diagnostics page like https://support.hp.com/vn-en/document/c02623210#print_diagnostics_page. I also have a scan of my diagnostics printout. But I can no longer find the menu where to trigger that print. I can only find the print quality report like https://support.hp.com/vn-en/document/c02623210#ReplaceCartridge.

So far I checked the touch screen menu under "settings -> reports" but can only find entries like "Print Quality Report" or "Supplies Status Page" there. I also checked the Embedded Web Server pages and could not find it. Has this report been removed.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.

Thanks for your reply. However following the steps for printing a Quality Diagnostic report from your link only prints something like shown in "Solution ten" on https://support.hp.com/vn-en/document/c02623210.
