How to print only on black

To print using only black ink on your HP ENVY 6455e, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that the HP printer driver is installed on your computer.
2. In the application you want to print from, select File, Print, the Print icon, or press CTRL and P on your keyboard.
3. Select the link or button that opens the Printer Properties dialog box. This could be labeled as Properties, Preferences, Printer Properties, or Options.
4. In the Printer Properties window, select the Paper/Quality or Features tab.
5. If available, select the Black and White option, click OK, and then Print.
6. If the Black and White option is not available, select Advanced, and then choose Print in Grayscale.
7. Select Black Ink Only, Print in Grayscale, or High-Quality Grayscale, depending on your preference.
8. Click OK twice if prompted, then click Print.

When printing high-quality black printouts, the printer might use a mix of black and color inks.
