I purchased new cyan toner 3 months ago but just installed it yesterday. The printer now bleeds cyan toner in two lines near the middle of the page (on both front and back sides). I've done all the troubleshooting I can find online and have determined that the toner cartridge is defective. The retailer (Office Depot) won't take it back since it's been over 30 days. How do I return the cartridge to HP to have it exchanged for a new, working cartridge?

Hey @WeakestLink,
Thanks for reaching out! I suggest contacting our phone support team for personalized assistance. They can provide one-on-one help and may even be able to work their remote assistance magic to fix the problem.
Note: There might be a nominal charge for the service they provide.
Regards,
