Hi @TomChris72,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To stop receiving multiple low ink messages from your HP printer on your iMac, follow these steps.

Update Printer Software and HP Drivers:

  • Ensure that both your HP printer's software and drivers are updated to the latest versions. You can do this through the HP website or HP Smart application.

Disable Ink Notifications in HP Smart:

  • Open the HP Smart app on your iMac.
  • Go to Settings and find the Ink Notifications or Supplies section.
  • Disable any low ink or supply notifications.

Disable Printer Notifications in System Preferences:

  • Go to System Preferences on your iMac.
  • Click Notifications.
  • Scroll down to find the HP printer app and disable notifications, or customize them to reduce alerts.

Turn Off Low Ink Warnings on the Printer Itself:

  • Access your printer's control panel.
  • Navigate to Settings > Preferences > Ink Alerts (or a similar option depending on your printer model).
  • Disable or lower the frequency of ink alerts.

Unsubscribe from HP Instant Ink Alerts:

  • If you're using HP Instant Ink, you can log in to your account and reduce or turn off email alerts related to ink levels.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
