Hi @Fox772,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

To turn color back on for printing on your HP ENVY 6000e printer, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the document or photo you want to print on your computer.
  2. Click on the "File" menu in the application you're using.
  3. Select "Print" from the drop-down menu. This will open the print dialog box.
  4. In the print dialog box, locate the printer settings or preferences option.
  5. Click on the printer settings or preferences option to open the printer settings dialog box.
  6. Look for an option related to color or grayscale printing. It might be under a tab like "Color" or "Quality."
  7. Select the option for color printing. This will ensure that your document or photo is printed in color.
  8. Click "OK" or "Print" to start printing. Your document or photo should now be printed in color.

If you're using a mobile device to print, the steps may vary slightly, but you should still be able to find an option to select color printing in the print settings.

If you're still having trouble printing in color, check the printer settings on the printer itself to ensure that color printing is enabled. You can usually access the printer settings by pressing the settings button on the printer's control panel. If you're unable to find the option to enable color printing.

You may check the user manual for more specific instructions.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
