Product: Officejet 8028

I have been using my Officejet 8028 for months with no problems.  Now it’s asking for setup cartridges.  I have removed and reinstalled the ink cartridges and then unplugged the printer.  Still not working.   Can you assist, please?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand the printer is requesting a setup ink cartridges

 

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
