This is new printer I bought it July 17 2020.
when I ran out of color ink I bought the 3 color from hp website, I went to print it didn’t come out good, I printed so many times I noticed that only magenta is not working.
so I bought new magenta, I thought something was wrong with magenta I bought before, but no something is wrong with machine, I know I bought the right ink.
i reset printer, I took out inks and put them back again magenta still not working.
Please I need some help !!!! It’s been 2 months!
