the product is an HP officeject pro 8600, i just bought new ink Cartridge and its exp date is on 06/25.
the ink cartidges are probably damaged or something because i did everything suggested in the help assitance and still couldnt print.
i need help with what should i do next, i would like a refund or a replacement for these.
I already used this type of Ink Cartridges and it works fine, so i assume its damaged.
