Product: HP Smart Tank 500 All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Some months ago, my printer started to print only in pink, even though what I wanted had other colours in it. Printed a diagnostic page and the yellow and blue spaces were empty, as if I didn t have any ink in the jet. The only colours I had and recognised were magenta and black. Now I don t know how to make the printer recognise the others. I uninstalled and installed it again but it did not work. Can you help me out?? page.jpg
