Hi

Hp color laser MFP 178nw. It is not an old one. However, I have a problem these days. When I print a document it prints the data twice on the same A4 paper, one is printed in its original place with good color, the second one at the bottom of the page with faint color. I tried on 2 computers, so the problem is in the printer. Could you please help me to solve the problem, including factory reset. Thanks
