Product: Laserjet pro mfp m281cdw
Operating System: Other

I have a Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M281cdw and when I print it is completely faded along one entire half of the page. The ink cartridges are not low or empty, I have tried to remove them and wipe clean of debris. It is happening for both black and color. Please help!

I understand that you are having issues with the print quality. 

 

Try updating the firmware. Click here

 

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridge toners have gone bad or the printer itself.
